Our goal is to establish an inclusive and vibrant Hagerstown soccer academy that empowers every child to experience the joy of soccer through affordable, volunteer-driven programs. We aim to foster a love for the game within the Hagerstown youth soccer community, promote teamwork and personal development, and ensure that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to participate, learn, and grow in a supportive environment. We also look forward to organizing events like the Hagerstown soccer tournament, highlighting local talent and creating memorable experiences for all involved, including those in youth soccer in Hagerstown, MD, and beyond.

A USSF A Licensed Coach, Alan is the Academy Director of Liverpool FC International Academy Maryland and previously served as Maryland State Youth Soccer Association's Director of Coaching.
Alan founded Unique Soccer Academy in 2015 with a simple mission: to provide high-quality, accessible soccer opportunities for young players throughout the Hagerstown community. Through school partnerships, after-school programs, recreational leagues, camps, and clinics, Alan has helped make soccer more accessible to thousands of local children, strengthening community connections and creating opportunities for young people of all backgrounds and abilities to play, belong, and thrive.
Passionate about developing the whole player, Alan believes soccer should be fun, inclusive, and challenging, helping children build confidence, develop skills, make friendships, and grow both on and off the field.
